Important for International Customers Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and providing accurate delivery addresses. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unpaid duties, or cancellation, actual shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted before refunding the remaining balance. Refunds are issued only after the parcel is received back.

  • Jewellery Care Guide

At Laroc Jewels, we craft our pieces with care using premium, durable materials designed to last. Proper care will help maintain their beauty and shine for years.

    Our Materials

    • Stainless Steel (primary material in most pieces): A high-quality steel alloy with at least 10.5% chromium, making it highly resistant to rust, tarnish, and corrosion. Our stainless steel jewellery is waterproof, sweat-resistant, and hypoallergenic – ideal for everyday wear, including showers and workouts (though we recommend removing for prolonged water exposure).

    • 18K Gold-Plated Stainless Steel: Stainless steel base with a thick 18K gold plating for a luxurious look. Durable and long-lasting; with good care, the plating can stay vibrant for 1–2 years or more of daily wear.

    • Brass-Based Pieces: Beautiful and affordable, but brass naturally oxidises and tarnishes over time (this is normal, not a defect). Not water-resistant – avoid moisture, sweat, perfumes, and lotions to prevent faster tarnishing.

    • 925 Sterling Silver: Contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper) for added strength. A precious material with a bright, classic shine, but softer and more prone to tarnishing when exposed to air, moisture, or sulphur. Store carefully to preserve its original lustre.

    Essential Care Tips

Follow these simple guidelines to keep your Laroc Jewels looking like new:

Put it on last, take it off first: Apply makeup, perfume, hairspray, lotions, and creams before wearing jewellery. Remove jewellery first when undressing to avoid contact with products.

Avoid water and chemicals: Remove before swimming (pool, sea), showering, bathing, or exercising heavily. Avoid chlorine, saltwater, household cleaners, and harsh chemicals.

Storage matters: Store in a cool, dry, dark place – ideally in the original pouch or a sealed jewellery box. Never leave in humid areas like bathrooms.

Cleaning routine: Gently wipe with a soft, dry microfibre or jewellery polishing cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue. Do not use harsh cleaners, abrasive materials, or excessive rubbing (especially on plated pieces, as this can wear down the gold layer over time).

Sleeping and activities: Remove jewellery before bed to prevent bending or unnecessary friction.

With consistent care, your Laroc Jewels pieces can remain stunning and wearable every day for years to come. Enjoy them confidently!

This serves contract fulfilment pursuant to Art. 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR. In some cases, the payment service providers collect the data required for processing the payment themselves, e.g., on their own website or via technical integration in the ordering process. Why is my package delayed?

We ship worldwide from Germany using DHL domestically and partner carriers internationally. Peak periods (holidays/sales) may cause minor delays due to high volume.

We are not liable for delays from weather, customs issues, or other uncontrollable factors. Track your order via the provided link or contact the carrier for updates.

  • At Laroc Jewels, we strive to deliver your order quickly and reliably.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via e-mail.

    Free Shipping

    • Free worldwide shipping on all orders over €100.

    • For orders below these thresholds, a flat shipping fee of €6–€9 applies (depending on location and package size).

    Processing & Dispatch Times

    • Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday.

    • During sales or peak holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination. International deliveries may experience delays due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control. Once dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. You are responsible for tracking your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. In case of delays, please contact the delivery company directly for the most accurate updates.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your parcel is dispatched.

    • We cannot predict or advise on these amounts – please check with your local customs office for details.

    • For U.S. customers: As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. “de minimis” exemption has ended, meaning duties and taxes may apply to all incoming packages regardless of value.

Special Notes for Certain Countries Orders to Canada and Ukraine may take longer due to stricter customs procedures. Tracking updates may pause once handed to the local postal service (Canada Post / Ukraine Post) and resume upon delivery.

Actual shipping costs incurred (€12–€25 depending on package) will be deducted, as we cannot recover these from the carrier. Refunds are processed only after the returned package is received.

Carrier Information We primarily use DHL for shipments within Germany, which partners with local carriers for international delivery.
